1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Philyr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Philyr is a platform that creates autonomous AI agent companies from user instructions. Agents operate in isolated cloud sandboxes and generate code, content, and other digital artifacts on behalf of the user.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or systems
- Use generated outputs in ways that violate applicable laws
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the instructions you provide and the outputs generated by your AI companies, subject to any third-party rights. Philyr retains all rights to the platform, its technology, and its underlying models.
6. Credits and Payment
Philyr offers subscription tiers (Free, Pro, and Business) with varying limits on active company slots and monthly compute budgets. Free-tier users have a monthly compute cap that resets on the first of each month. Paid tiers include unlimited compute. Philyr reserves the right to modify tier allocations with reasonable notice. Unused compute allowances do not carry over between billing periods.
7. Service Availability
Philyr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Philyr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
